Fela, the Musical, tells the life of Doña Felisa Rincón de Gautier, from the beginning of her life, her introduction to political life, until her last day as mayor of San Juan. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the musical's initial staging, as well as the 30th anniversary of Doña Fela's death.
