Mujer Capital is a capital access event dedicated to fostering the growth and prosperity of female entrepreneurs by connecting them with a wide range of financial and lending companies. This year the Metro Women's Business Center will be organizing its 2nd edition.
This event is designed for entrepreneurs who: have developed solid business plans, are in the initial or growth stage and need capital to expand or invest in new initiatives, are looking to connect with financial institutions and support programs for entrepreneurs, and/or are looking to connect with other entrepreneurs and create support networks.
The Metro Women’s Business Center is a business resource center for women entrepreneurs who aspire to own a small business or grow an existing one. Partially funded by the Small Business Administration (SBA), the center is run by the Friends of Puerto Rico 501(c)(3) organization. The MWBC is located at the University of Puerto Rico in the San Juan-Bayamón metropolitan area.
