Puerto Rico Gay Pride takes place in the island's capital, San Juan, every year during the month of June. The event culminates with a colorful Gay Pride parade on the last Sunday of the festival. With more than 4 Pride events every June, its the place to be for Pride PR!
Pride Puerto Rico Parties
Bars along Avenida Condado in San Juan's gay district host parties and events during the week leading up to the Pride March.
The Santurce neighborhood of the city is booming with restaurants and nightlife. Much of the Pride action is centered around La Placita, where you can experience LGBTQ+ nightlife in the small bars that extend across the square.
Kweens: Puerto Rico's largest LGBTQ Gay Dance Club is the new kid on the block (formerly Circo Bar) near the popular Azotea Santos parties.

The San Juan Pride Parade
Sunday, June 23, 2024 – The main parade starts at Parque del Indio in Condado, featuring floats, bands, activists, and drag queens along Ashford Avenue.
Find a spot along the route to see floats adorned with rainbow colors, people on stilts and skates, go-go dancers, drag personalities, and more.

Sunday, June 23, 2024 – The pride parade ends at Parque del Tercer Milenio, complete with a large rally and Pride stage performances (the pride parties Sunday), organized by the Colectivo Orgullo Arcoiris (Rainbow Pride Collective).
Other events take place in the park by Escambrón Beach, where you'll find an extensive green lawn surrounded by vendors and a huge stage for entertainment.

Pride Events Around Puerto Rico
Boquerón Pride
Before San Juan Pride, many people make the trip to Boquerón in the southwest region for Pride in Cabo Rojo, a unique beach pride event that includes 3 days of parties, parades, and live shows in one of Puerto Rico's most idyllic locations.
In Boquerón, the party kicks off on Thursday, June 6th, and runs all weekend long. With live music from artists such as Las Atipicas, Plenéalo, La Banda Algarete, and Pao Pao, it's sure to be a weekend to remember. Get live updates on all the action over at their Instagram.
Guayama Pride
Celebrate Pride and show your colors in Guayama on June 28, 29, and 30. It will be three days of celebration, art, culture, joy and lots of love. The streets of Guayama will be painted with colors celebrating the 2nd Parada Orgullo Brujo.
On Friday, the 28th, things kick off at 7:00 pm at Licho's Place and El Patio de Licho. Enjoy the opening ceremonies, where there will be live talent performances.
On Saturday, the 29th, registration for the parade starts at 1:00 p.m. at the Placita del Mercado in Guayama, where the parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. This parade is special, taking place almost at nightfall, it is a carnival for the whole family.
At 8:00 p.m., the festivities move to Hostos Beer Garden, where about 15 Drag Queens will perform. At 11:00 p.m., close out the night at 14 Diez with another 15 Queens.
On the final day, Sunday, 30th, from 2:00 pm at Tres Puertas Sport Bar and La Zona Gastrobar, come out to celebrate in the street and enjoy the beauty of Guayama.
Rincon Pride
Join the 4th Anniversary of Rincón Pride on Saturday, June 29th, for one day of fun. This year, thanks to the unconditional support of the mayor's office, the town's main square will be the main stage. The Gay Pride Parade will run through the main streets of Rincón and culminate in the town square.
The Parade starts at 4pm at Balneario De Rincón and heads to the Plaza Publica. At 6:30pm enjoy music by guest Artist Yaire, along with art, kiosks, and performances by DJ Xtasis and DJ René.
